Step 1:
If you would like more information about how you can become a member of our active community, please call 706-275-8899 and ask for Bradley Fox, our Retirement Counselor.

Step 2:
A Royal Oaks Retirement Counselor will schedule a tour for you to view our beautiful community where we will discuss your needs and desires for living in an active, independent community.

Step 3:
You will be provided initial paperwork including:

A confidential data application
Personal health history
Medical history to be filled out by your physician

Step 4:
Once the paperwork has been received and reviewed, a meeting will be scheduled for you to select your home of choice including color selection and finishes and determine your move in date.

Step 5:
Move into your beautifully designed and spacious apartment home at Royal Oaks and meet and mingle with new friends.
